Tents will be set up on the street again this year. No tents will be allowed on residents’ lawns, not even with their permission.
12 X 12 Display areas will be available for set up at 7:00 am on Saturday, September 19, 2026. All vendor vehicles must be in the parking area by 8:30 am.
PLEASE NOTE: No one will be allowed to park on the street or between the blockades. Booths are to remain open until 3:00 pm. Tents & tables may be set up on Friday evening between 5pm & 7pm, but tents must be dropped down and no items left on tables. There is no power supply available. If you need power you will have to provide your own quiet generator.
All exhibitors/vendors must be listed on the applications.
Each exhibitor is responsible for their display set up, breakdown, equipment removal and trash removal.
Town of Roopville, Roopville Archive & Historical Society, Homecoming Festival Committee and private property owners assume no liability – written or implied – for accidents, injury, damage or loss of property.
Exhibitor applications will be reviewed by RAHS and the Homecoming Festival Committee. Applicants will be notified of acceptance or rejections as soon as possible. If not accepted, your fee payment will be returned. We reserve the right to have any exhibitor/vendor remove items from their display that distract from or deemed inappropriate for the festival.
Booth number will be assigned and vendors will be notified by email approx. 5 days before.
No refunds for cancellations (last minute or other) or for inclement weather. No exceptions.
Certain restrictions may apply.
Payment can be made by check, money order or on our website. Please make check/money order payable to The Roopville Archive and Historical Society. Booth fee is $40.00. There is a small fee if payment is made by Credit/Debit card on the website.
